Booking

A non-refundable $150 deposit secures your appointment and counts toward your total investment. Your appointment is confirmed once the deposit is received; the remaining balance is due at the time of service.
Deposits are non-transferable between clients.

All prices are subject to change at the artist's discretion. Pricing is not hourly — see the Services Menu for current pricing.

Rescheduling is allowed with 24 hours' notice.
Two reschedules are allowed before losing the initial deposit; a new deposit may be needed to reschedule a third time.

A 72-hour notice is required for cancellations. The non-refundable deposit counts toward future treatment cost if rescheduled.
Requests should be submitted by text or email.

No-shows, multiple reschedules, or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) result in forfeiture of your deposit, which will not count toward future treatment.
If you are more than 20 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel and your deposit will not be refunded.
If any blood thinners are consumed within 72 hours prior, your appointment will be rescheduled and the deposit forfeited; a new deposit is required to re-book. See the pre-care instructions for known blood thinners.
If you fail to show without notice, the artist reserves the right to refuse service and the deposit is forfeited.

We do our best to stay on time so you never wait unnecessarily — we simply ask that you keep your commitment and arrive on time.

Touch-ups are for clients who received their initial appointment with Lilas Marie Studio. Work from another artist is considered a cover-up or correction — please contact us for details.
Permanent makeup is at least a two-appointment treatment: the initial sets the foundation, the second fills in any light or patchy areas and improves retention.
If your initial touch-up exceeds 10 weeks from your treatment date, the touch-up price will increase.
It's the client's responsibility to schedule the touch-up in a timely manner; availability may be limited.
A $100 non-refundable booking fee is required when booking a touch-up.

The studio and its artists can refuse service to anyone who does not follow the policies, or who has unrealistic expectations.
If the client–artist relationship is not compatible or there is any sign of tension, the artist may refuse service and cancel; in that case the commitment fee is forfeited.

If you bring a guest or child, please ensure they do not disturb the service so you and your artist have a great experience.
